Annual Leases
Annual leases including all hunting, fishing, camping and hiking on the Borden County Ranch are priced from $7/acre - $10/acre.  The cost of the lease depends on the location, which affects the number and types of species that are huntable, the number of bucks and turkey, the approximate number of quail hunting gun days you desire and the number of fishable ponds.

Prices on the Glasscock County Ranch are also $7/acre - $10/acre for annual recreation and all-species hunting.  It also includes limited catch and release fishing at the Lodge.  Lease sizes range from 1 section to 4 sections to 6 sections to 10 1/2 sections to 20+/- sections. Combinations of lodging may be included.  

Cheaper seasonal and/or one species hunting or recreational memberships are available for $3-$5/acre. Please contact us for more information.

Lodging is available on the Glasscock County Ranch, located approximately 1 hour south of the hunting site (most leases are offered on our Borden County Ranch) and may be included for an additional $50 - $200 per person per day (depending on the type of lodging selected and the number of hunters). You may choose to stay in our ranch-style lodge, the historic rock house - or from various other types of lodging available.   RV hookups and camping are also offered on both ranches.

Additionally, there are also several motels available in the area.
