PROCEDURES TO BOOK A HUNT

Reservations,
Deposit Requirements & Refund Policy
To secure
a reservation: 50%
of total package price (including any additional vehicle or
transportation fees) is required two weeks in advance or wire
transferred
10 days in advance. Balance
is due on arrival.
Refund
Policy
100% refund if cancelled prior to 60 days of scheduled hunt.
50%
refund if cancelled prior to 30 days of scheduled hunt.
NO
REFUNDS if cancelled 30 days or less of scheduled hunt.
NOTE:
If you require professional guides with dogs please provide 3-4
weeks advance deposit for scheduling guides.
We will notify you of the open dates nearest to your request
within one week (or 2 weeks in the case of guides.)
Please provide an alternate date or two, if possible.
